Firmax worktops are available in Fenix, stainless steel or ceramic. We sell worktops in combination with kitchen fronts.

Firmax focuses on kitchen fronts, the necessary side panels, plinths and worktops. Appliances are possible when we supply and install the complete kitchen.

The order is preceded by a selection process. You choose your materials and finish, and based on your kitchen configuration Firmax will provide you with a quote. Once you approve the quote online, the order starts.

After you approve the quote online, you receive an invoice and payment request by bank transfer. Once we receive the payment, we start processing your order.

Allow 10–12 working weeks of production time after ordering and paying the invoice. Delivery times depend on whether colours are in stock or made to order. Lead times can also vary due to holidays, seasons, busy periods or large projects. For worktops, production takes 5–8 working weeks and starts after measurement.

We deliver to your home, with everything packed flat in cardboard. Deliveries are handled by specialised transport directly from production to your delivery address. Due to the volume, weight and risk of damage, we cannot use standard courier services. Delivery to a specific floor or location must be requested and incurs an additional charge.

Our transport and delivery costs are variable. We always try to optimise and combine deliveries to minimise environmental impact and customer costs. The exact cost depends on the delivery location, delivery timing and product volume. Costs usually range between €170 and €250 per delivery.

The standard Belgian VAT rate of 21% applies to the delivery of Firmax products. If the customer also chooses the installation service and the property meets the conditions (renovation of a private home more than 10 years old), the reduced 6% rate may apply.

Firmax supplies made-to-measure products. This means we do not accept returns, except in the case of manufacturing defects.

Our aim is to deliver our high-quality products perfectly. If there are any visible defects or shortages upon delivery, they must be reported to Firmax within 3 working days of delivery. Firmax will investigate and, if a fault is confirmed, arrange replacement or repair within a reasonable period.

All our products are ready for direct installation by screwing them onto the Blum hinges that are part of the IKEA Metod system. Plinths and side panels may need to be adapted to the exact size, as is common for this type of installation.

With this smart DIY formula, an experienced DIYer can do a lot themselves. If DIY is not your strong suit, you can also hire professionals for the installation.

Our materials are selected for their quality and aesthetic properties. They are always finished with protective layers. Care instructions vary slightly by material, but all materials are of course selected for use in the kitchen.
